Kyle Capone is the Team Lead of The Capone Group, founded in 2014 to elevate how properties are acquired, redeveloped, and lived in across Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. A local native, Kyle combines deep market expertise with well over a decade of multimillion-dollar transactions, advising investors, families, and institutions with precision and care.

Before moving his license to Coldwell Banker, Kyle spent over a decade at Baird and Warner honing his skills in negotiation, acquisitions, and asset repositioning across residential and commercial sectors. Known for identifying underperforming assets and unlocking their potential, he pairs analytical insight with decisive execution and a client-first mindset.

With a Finance degree from DePaul University and experience as an underwriting analyst at Wintrust Financial, Kyle brings a disciplined, investment-driven approach to every deal. Beyond real estate, he is a committed community leader and former Rotary Club President, supporting global initiatives including Polio eradication efforts in India.

Outside of real estate Kyle enjoys traveling, visiting destinations such as Dubai, Maldives, Thailand, India, China and Europe; along with working out, golfing, boating/fishing, bowling, networking and spending time with his wife Liza and their son, Gio, his greatest inspiration.
