I formed my own brokerage in 2013 after years of working for developers and large real estate corporations. My motivation was to be working face-to-face directly with people, rather than big companies. At the same time, I had just moved my family from West Town in Chicago to the Western Suburbs. This allowed me to carve out a niche helping others do the same thing! As a west suburban native, I already knew the area very well and was able to build upon that knowledge doing what I love!

My strategy is always very simple. Open, honest communication combined with expert knowledge. I view my clients as lifelong relationships, not single in-the-moment sales. With this approach, I have not only seen how clients have grown into homes with marriages and family expansions, but have helped many progress from one home to another. It has been incredibly fulfilling for me to see peoples' lives unfold in front of my eyes!

I have also leveraged my institutional real estate experience to help clients acquire investment properties. Often times, these investors have had no prior experience with this, and have relied on my past experience to guide them not only through the acquisition of these properties, but the ongoing management and operations.
