purchases and sales and residential development within the greater La Grange Area and surrounding communities (Riverside,
Westchester, Brookfield, Western Springs, Clarendon Hills and Hinsdale). Val also represents two luxury developments in the near
Western suburbs: Award Winning Foxford Station of Western Springs and 229 Park in Clarendon Hills. She also consistently works
with other investors in the La Grange community.
Val originally earned her real estate license in 2006 after spending her early career in the investment advisory world, which
provided her with a background firmly rooted in marketing and client service. Her formative years gave her a strong understanding
of the market and how its climate affects her clients and investors. Drawing on her belief that pricing coupled with strong marketing
is the cornerstone of selling a home, Val constantly keeps her finger on the pulse of the latest marketing techniques and seeks out
new and effective ways to help her clients.
Over the years Val has cultivated a deep and intimate knowledge of the western Chicago suburbs that have been her home for
more than 30 years. She lives in La Grange Park with her husband and three kids. Val genuinely strives to turn what can be a
