Mike and Eve Del Monte  have been real estate professionals since 1983. They  began selling real estate on the north side of Chicago, expanding their expertise to the North Shore and neighboring communities. The Del Montes have sold everything from starter homes, condos on Lake Shore Drive, multi-unit investment properties, horse properties, to luxury single family homes.

Mike and Eve have decades of experience as residential brokers and appraisers in the six county Chicagoland area. Mike is currently a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, licensed to complete residential and commercial appraisals in the State of Illinois.

They currently represent buyers and sellers to purchase or sell properties in Chicagoland and the North Shore. Mike and Eve's extensive sales and appraisal experience gives them  insight into current real estate trends. They have  brokers’ licenses with Coldwell Banker Realty.
