Heidi Grumley has been selling real estate since 1998, and had completed 12 of her own personal real estate transactions before entering the industry. Heidi serves the Chicagoland area specializing in residential real estate in Chicago and on Chicago's North Shore. Her specific areas of expertise include Chicago's Near North, the North Shore communities of Wilmette, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Glencoe, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff and the neighboring communities of Glenview, Northbrook Northfield, Deerfield, Lincolnshire, Mettawa, Libertyville and Gurnee. Always ahead of the curve, and extremely focused on practicing excellence, Heidi obtained her broker's license long before it was required for all agents to practice Real Estate in IL. Life along the North Shore

Heidi moved to the Chicago area in 1974, and spent numerous years living on the Gold Coast. Twenty-seven years ago, she moved to Lake Forest, where she raised her three daughters and sent them through the area school system.

In her free time, Heidi volunteers with local charities, and has served as a CASA (court appointed special advocate) for children in the juvenile court system in Lake County. She also likes to play golf and spend time with her family and her rescued Golden Retriever.
