My Business Philosophy

I am 100% focused on reaching my clients' goals for a successful real estate transaction. I coach and make sound recommendations through each step of the buying or selling process. We will work together as a team to make a seamless and successful transaction. I strive to stay up to date on the latest technologies and invest heavily using many online real estate services and high-tech images / drone videos to market properties on the internet as well as traditional print advertising.

Education and Training

I attended Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois and graduated with a BS in Chemistry. I have many years of experience in the building industry and also personally invest in residential and commercial real estate. I was formerly licensed in the State of Illinois to conduct home inspections and radon measurements.

Community Involvement

I was a 2-term Village Trustee in the Village of Lake Bluff, served on the Lake Bluff Finance Committee and Chaired the Downtown Economic Development Committee to help build new branding and development in the community. Also served as President of the Tangley Oak Homeowners Association for nine years.

Personal Background

I have three children and have always lived in the Chicago area. My real estate investment activity, building, rehabbing and inspection background has been very helpful to my clients and adds a very unique dimension to my business.
