Sabrina Martinez is a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving Lake County, Cook County, Illinois, and surrounding areas. With firsthand experience as a first-time home buyer, landlord, and real estate investor, Sabrina brings a practical, results-driven approach to every transaction. Known for her direct communication style, transparency, attention to detail, and business-minded, she helps clients make confident decisions.

Sabrina’s background extends beyond traditional residential real estate. Her career began in the title industry, followed by five years in asset management working with large real estate investment trusts (REITs). A landlord since 2019, she has hands-on experience identifying investment opportunities, managing rental properties, analyzing cash flow, and understanding what truly makes a property perform. This perspective allows her to effectively serve first-time home buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate investors, including those interested in long-term and short-term rental strategies.

In addition to her industry experience, Sabrina is currently enrolled in an MBA program with a concentration in Marketing and holds both an Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor’s degree in University Studies with minors in Marketing and Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (Go Salukis!). SIU’s College of Business ranks among the top five percent of business schools worldwide, holding prestigious AACSB International accreditation. Her academic foundation strengthens her ability to analyze market data, negotiate effectively, and position properties strategically in competitive Illinois markets.

Outside of real estate, Sabrina is a proud mother to her six-year-old daughter, an experience that has shaped her deep appreciation for stability, community, and finding the right place to call home. She is passionate about helping families secure homes that support their lifestyle, as well as guiding clients who want to start investing, expand their rental portfolios, or explore short-term rental opportunities such as Airbnb & VRBO.
