Jennifer Raiz

Jennifer Raiz is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Naperville and a member of the Foundry Realty Group. A lifelong Aurora resident, Jennifer has spent the past 22 years building a deep connection to the Aurora, Naperville, and Oswego communities. Her local knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and determination allow her to bring a personal and modern approach to real estate.

Before entering real estate, Jennifer owned and operated her own Taekwondo school. Practicing Taekwondo since the age of three, she has earned her 4th-degree black belt and was a former All-American athlete. Her experience as an entrepreneur and athlete taught her the value of discipline, confidence, perseverance, communication, and an unwavering work ethic. Growing up around her family's entrepreneurial businesses, including a family law firm, further instilled in her the importance of working hard, never giving up, and always going the extra mile.

Jennifer discovered a passion for real estate through her love of home design, renovations, and helping people achieve their goals. She works with buyers, sellers, first-time buyers, renters, and relocating clients, taking the time to understand each person's unique needs and vision.

Her philosophy is simple: listen, communicate, work hard, and help clients make informed decisions. Jennifer understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions people make and is committed to providing honest guidance, strong communication, and dedicated support throughout the process.

Tech-savvy and skilled in social media and marketing, Jennifer combines modern strategies with a hands-on, relationship-focused approach. Outside of real estate, she enjoys art, interior design, exploring local communities, and spending time outdoors with her three dogs.

Jennifer brings the same determination she once used to help her Taekwondo students become their best selves to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
