Real estate has always been a part of my life—my parents founded Kozlowski Homes, a highly successful custom home building business, where together we built and sold hundreds of homes throughout Naperville and the surrounding areas. Through that experience, I developed a natural understanding of working with clients, tradespeople, realtors, and title companies.
I raised my two children in Naperville and was proud to offer them the same exceptional lifestyle and opportunities I experienced growing up. My firsthand knowledge of the local schools, neighborhoods, downtown, dining, and shopping allows me to provide valuable insight to my clients.
As my children began their college journeys, I pursued my passion for real estate and became a licensed broker. I truly enjoy connecting with clients and their families, whether helping them find their dream home or guiding them through the process of selling and moving on to their next chapter.
In the spring of 2026, I expanded my real estate services to include Naples, Florida, bringing my personalized approach and local expertise to a new and exciting market. At the same time, our family’s custom home building business also expanded into Naples under the name Robert James Builders, continuing our tradition of quality craftsmanship and client-focused service.
