About Kathleen and the Fulena Group

Kathleen of the Fulena Group has been a Coldwell Banker Real Estate Broker since 2000. Together with her daughter-in-law Lauren Fulena, Kathleen has successfully helped scores of clients through the years. They work efficiently, personally & professionally- (without assistants) to bring high quality knowledge & communication to the transaction.

Kathleen has earned much recognition for her work- notable yearly sale volumes, International President's Circle Award(4x),  Diamond Society(3x), CB Top Producer quarterly awards and even Rookie of the Year.

Kathleen has a Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University and Real Estate education through the College of DuPage. She has completed many extra designations over her career- Accredited Buyer Representative, Previews Property Specialist, Graduate work (GRI, CRS) Relocation Agent, Green Designation, Staging as well as yearly courses to give client's the latest edge. As a life long learner, Kathleen employs all the latest knowledge to navigate the somewhat uneasy real estate times we find ourselves in.

Adapting to the latest practices and using insight to benefit the client has ALWAYS been a priority.
