Erin Heidemann

With 24 years of experience in software sales, Erin Heidemann brings a unique blend of analytical skills and a deep understanding of human motivation to her role as a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Realty. Erin’s passion for real estate stems from her love of creating homes and building memories with her family. Erin’s educational background is robust.  She holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a double minor in Spanish and International Business from the University of Dayton.  She also earned her Master's of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago. Her academic achievements have equipped her with the tools to excel in marketing and communication, essential skills in the real estate industry. 

Growing up in Oak Lawn, IL, Erin attended St. Catherine’s Grade School and Mother McAuley High School.  She has a deep-rooted connection to her community. She believes Oak Lawn is one of the best neighborhoods in the world, thanks to its people, sense of community, and abundant opportunities. Now, as a working mom and resident of Oak Lawn, she leverages her local knowledge to help clients find their perfect homes. 

Erin’s sales superpower lies in her ability to understand the core motivations of her buyers. She combines emotional intelligence with data-driven insights to ensure her clients feel confident and happy with their decisions. This unique approach helps her clients sleep better at night, knowing they made the best choice for one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. 

Outside of work, Erin is a dedicated sports mom.  She and her husband spend their days shuffling their four children to various activities, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, football, and hockey. She loves every second of it and embraces the chaos with enthusiasm. Erin is also an avid runner, having completed the Chicago Marathon, and she leads a neighborhood running club, inspiring young runners to pursue the sport. Her commitment to fitness and community involvement extends to coaching and volunteering at her kids’ school. 

Erin’s Golden Retriever, Freddy, is a beloved member of her family, adding to the warmth and joy of her home. Her multifaceted life as a mother, athlete, and community leader enriches her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, making her an effective and empathetic real estate agent.
