Born in the Chicagoland area, Coldwell Banker Realty agent Jerry Goodwin has been in the business of sales for most of his adult career. He got his start in sales early in his career, working for a major communications company for 20 years. His outgoing demeanor and people skills made real estate a natural fit, and in his real estate career Jerry quickly became a multimillion-dollar producer and continues to increase his business by 65% year over year.

Early in his career, Jerry sold multimillion-dollar properties. After facilitating a family-owned million-dollar real estate deal, his interest in real estate took off. Jerry also possesses experience as a real estate investor. Having a background in construction, he has a deep understanding of the process when working with builders, developers and investors. With his vast connections, Jerry has vetted a network of builders, developers and other professionals to provide the highest quality and service to his clients. He also works to build relationships with local government officials.

Jerry loves helping people and thrives on the excitement of helping his clients to purchase their dream home. A natural problem-solver, he is known for his patience, courteous manner, kindness and innovation. Born in the south suburbs outside of Chicago, Jerry has a strong passion for music and is a professional drummer, playing now for over 20 years. He ardently supports feeding and helping the homeless in his community. He is also passionate about mentoring young people to consider a career in real estate. Besides being a family man and working hard to take care of his two loving kids, his #1 goal in business is to make sure all his clients’ needs are met, all questions are answered, and that he helps them find the right home for their family.
