Mary Wallace has been a Realtor since 2003 helping well over 1,700 clients buy, sell and lease real estate. As Mary's business grew, she was able to hire a full time assistant at the end of 2006. As more and more clients wanted to work with Mary, she then added leasing agents, buyers agents and a 2nd full time assistant to help provide the best possible service to hundreds of clients each year! Each team member has their own specialized role so clients can be rest assured knowing they are being well taken care of by a real estate professional trained personally by Mary.

Mary's real estate system works and in the past 3 years she has sold over 800 properties including 224 in 2015. This happened because as the market changed, so did Mary. She looked for new ways to market, stage, photograph and negotiate her listings. She utilizes the most comprehensive weekly seller update program in our area.

I am a lifelong resident of Oak Lawn. I've been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker since June of 2003. By 2004 I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for the Coldwell Banker South and West Region with over 6.2 Million in closed sales and 32 properties sold. Prior to this I was completing my Bachelor's degree at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and beginning a Master's Degree in Counseling that I completed in 2006. When I decided to put my talent toward real estate, I chose Coldwell Banker due to their market dominance in the area along with their professional standards and the fact that they are a well known and respected company.

By combining my professional and educational experience with my profound determination to exceed client expectations, I quickly became one of the top agents at Coldwell Banker. From 2009 to present, thanks to my wonderful clients, I was able to keep my rank as a top producing agent in my office and at Coldwell Banker south Chicagoland region. In the over past 13 years I have been able to sell over 1,700 properties totaling more than $250 million dollars in closed volume! In 2008-2015 I also earned the title at the #1 Realtor in Oak Lawn, #1 Realtor in Oak Forest for 2013 and 2014, #1 Realtor in Burbank for 2011 and 2013, #1 Realtor in Hometown for 2009, 2010, and 2012-2015, and the #1 Realtor in Hickory Hills, Palos Heights, and Tinley Park for 2013 with the most closed single family properties according to MLS data.
