What is important to you when choosing a realtor?
 It makes me reflect back several years ago being a first-time home buyer and making the decision of a "good fit" realtor. Some of things I personally looked for was how can we connect? Will this person effectively communicate? 
Someone that had the education and understood the market, trends, resources etc. were all important to me with choosing the perfect realtor for me. When you think of these things… think of me. I Ihave been in the sales industry for over 10 years.
