Presently, she holds board positions with Illinois Realtors®, Cook County Land Bank Authority, and is an active member of the National Executive Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors®.

In 2020, as the Chair of the Illinois Realtors® Affordable Housing Committee, Tracey underwent a strategic shift in her business model. This change focused on making housing more affordable and equitable, leading to her current role as the 2024 Board President at the Oak Park Regional Housing Center—a HUD Certified Housing Agency.

As a Major Investor of RPAC and the Federal Political Coordinator to Congressman Danny Davis in the 7th Congressional District of Illinois, Tracey is deeply involved in advocating for sound legislative policies that protect homeowners' rights and ensure the preservation of the real estate industry.
