Joe Champagne

Joe has generated over $350 Million in sales and has listed hundreds of homes over the course of his career. Chicago Agent Magazine ranked him in the Highest Producing Agents in DuPage County for 2023 and 2024 (current ranking is 19). While Joe works with clients throughout the Greater Chicagoland area, his primary business serves the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Consistently, Joe leads the DuPage County markets in sales volume, sales price to listing price variance and number of days on the market. He was one of the top producing Realtor in his office for 2010- 2023, 2011. Joe closed over $300 Million in Volume with 388 Transactions for 2013 through 2023 alone. Joe is currently ranked #19 in 2024 in all of the DuPage County amongst thousands of brokers. Joe attended grammar and high school in Wheaton. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Illinois University, where he received a football scholarship. Joe is an avid golfer and runner. To date, he has completed six Chicago marathons and has been a recipient of the prestigous President's Club Award with Coldwell Banker Realty in 2024 and 2025.
