Brian Ferguson is a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Realty.  Living in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and raising two daughters in the area with his wife, he has learned to appreciate the diverse scope of activities available in Chicagoland that are available for kids, adults, and seniors.   Brian has a relentless work ethic when it comes to selling his client's home or finding a new home for a client.  He does the work so his clients don’t have to.  You can trust that Brian is a lifelong learner of the real estate business and will be up to date on local trends and leading-edge technology to help meet your needs. 

Brian Ferguson works with Sellers, Buyers, Investors and Renters.  Brian combines his passion for real estate with his previous background as a Supply Chain executive for several large companies locally.  His experience as a business executive has taught him to be detail oriented, a strong communicator, keen listener, and a problem solver.  With the understanding of what his clients want, he is always two steps ahead on the lookout for any obstacles that may stand in the way and ready with a solution. 

In Brian’s time off you will find him spending time with his wife and two daughters when possible.  His oldest daughter is a Registered Nurse in Milwaukee, and his youngest daughter is studying to be a Physician's Assistant.  He loves to take trips up to the Upper Peninsula to fly fish for trout and is an avid hiker.  An added bonus; Brian can tell you all about the beautiful Forest Preserves locally where you can enjoy a quiet hike or walk your dog, which he does often with his Yellow Lab, Oliver.
