Pete Bermudez

Pete started with Coldwell Banker Realty in 2018 and soon after joined the Gatti Team where he leverages his decades of experience in marketing and client services to guide individuals and families through their real estate journeys. Whether it’s renting a home or buying a dream home, Pete’s mission is to support clients as they realize their Real Estate potential and to ensure confidence along every step. Known for his honest communication, strong follow-through, and unwavering commitment to service, Pete makes buying or selling a home a smoother, more informed experience.

Pete was born in Chicago and raised in the Northwest Suburbs. Pete brings the same work ethic to Real Estate he has from owning a market research firm for over 25 years. Pete loves gardening, is very handy doing his own home, other home upgrades and renovations and has been an active volunteer in local community theater productions since 1993 in set construction to running spotlights and anything in between.
