Mark Bousquet’s business philosophy centers around “the client is everything.” As a real estate agent, Mark was committed to treating every client as a member of his family. Mark’s objective was to provide an enjoyable and educational experience. Along with his passion for keeping up with industry knowledge and technology, Mark is known as hard working, trustworthy and honest.

Background

Mark was a full-time top producing Real Estate Professional for over 20 years. His strong business background in sales and management, where he conducted negotiations with multi-million-dollar companies made him a supreme negotiator and advocate for his clients. His business experience coupled with his warm and gregarious personality make him a natural in the business of delivering Premier® Service to each and every client throughout each real estate transaction.

Mark holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, a CDPE (certified Distressed Property Expert) as well as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR). As an agent, Mark loved working with seniors, first time home buyers, move up buyers and new construction. He also has experience with town homes, move up buyers, fixer uppers, young couples, and growing families.

Mark is civic-minded serving as President of Lion’s Club, and as a Member of the Board of Directors of Alden Rehabilitation Services. Mark has been married to his lovely wife Eileen for over 25 years. Mark and Eileen are longtime residents of Bloomingdale and enjoy life with their two dogs, Sammy and Sadie.

Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Florida, Mark was proud to serve as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps.
