Michael P. W. Grebenick is a seasoned real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs and beyond. With hands-on experience spanning new construction, property management, investment real estate, and residential brokerage, Michael brings a rare, well-rounded perspective to every transaction.

Michael began his real estate career in 2008, working in new construction with a local builder. During the lending downturn, when traditional financing stalled, he pivoted into property management—overseeing 132 privately held investment homes. This experience sharpened his understanding of cash flow, maintenance realities, tenant dynamics, and long-term asset performance—knowledge that continues to benefit both investors and homeowners today.

He later returned to new construction, selling second homes in Fontana, Wisconsin, where he guided buyers through discretionary, lifestyle-driven purchases that demanded a high level of trust, market knowledge, and attention to detail.

In 2018, Michael affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Barrington. In 2021, he earned his Managing Broker’s License, further strengthening his command of contracts, compliance, and transaction oversight (while continuing to practice as a broker).

Michael is known for his calm, analytical approach, strong valuation skills, and clear communication. He takes pride in educating clients, protecting their interests, and managing transactions with precision from start to finish.
