Osmundas "Os" Balciunaitis, Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty serving the Chicagoland suburbs. What attracted Os to the industry was a strong passion for real estate, financial freedom, and independence. His favorite thing about real estate is helping others, whether it’s moving out of their parent’s place, investing in a property, or finding their dream home.

Osmundas Balciunaitis is versatile in all types of residential clients from sellers to buyers, investors or renters, he is suited for any of your real estate needs. Having lived in the Chicagoland suburbs for almost 20 years, Os is very well versed in local expertise, as well as the city, having graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago. The connections made throughout his time in college, while majoring in applied psychology adds incredible strength to his overall negotiating and people skills.

Outside of real estate, Os is a big advocate of health, fitness, sports and food. Some of his favorite hobbies include boxing, talking sports, and cooking steaks. Unfortunately for Bulls fans, Os grew up on Kobe Bryant, therefore leading him to become a huge Lakers fan. Other than that, he supports all Chicago sports teams and their players like Michael Jordan, Patrick Kane, and Derrick Rose. Besides sports, Os spends some of his time volunteering at the Kenneth Young drop-in center, helping those overcome mental health conditions through peer-support while also working as a part-time RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) for those with autism spectrum disorder.
