Kathy Lerner, a resident of the North Shore, proudly serves the communities throughout the North Shore including Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe, Evanston, Glenview, Northbrook and Highland Park, as well as the City of Chicago. Serving the needs of real estate clients for over 15 years, Kathy has a diverse background in many aspects of real estate. Kathy’s career began working for Sam Zell’s company, Equity Residential, then JMB Realty and finally CB Richard Ellis. Kathy now focuses solely on buyers and sellers of residential homes.

Kathy is a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential. She lives in Wilmette with her husband and her 3 children and two pets (Ben and Jerry). Kathy is an active member of the North Shore community and an excellent resource for anyone moving to the area.
