sold over 3,000 cellular Phones He would lease the property and operate the business.
After a couple of years in the business 2002 Mike Garcia relocated to Indiana where he attended
Mc Colly Real Estate there he earned his Real Estate license. He then went out and bought a house in Gary to try and profit so he renovated it and then rented out. He describe northwest Indiana as a good rehab investment opportunity there he pursed it further and got a job with an investor that would buy, sell, renovate, and rent houses.
Mike Garcia has bought and sold lots of property since then, and still is in the present time.
