He leads with  heart and purpose as a former Banking Center Manager and Assistant Vice President at Old National Bank.  As a Community Outreach Specialist for Northwest Indiana and surrounding Markets, Ronnie is not just a leader, but a community builder, bridging the gap between financial empowerment and neighborhood engagement.  His role as a community leader makes the audience feel connected and engaged, proving that true leadership lives beyond the boardroom.  As a first-generation college graduate with a Social Science degree and a Psychology minor from Upper Iowa University, Ronnie's journey is a testament to his resilience and the lessons he brings to his leadership roles.  Hi professional journey began as a successful entrepreneur, running his own business for over two decades before joining the banking industry in 2011.  Fifteen years later, he continues to thrive-not just in numbers but in nurturing people.

Ronnie's presence is as powerful on stage as in strategy sessions.  With the soul of a storyteller and the strength of a servant leader, he captivates crowds, coaches future leaders, and creates community change.   As a proud single father of two and grandfather of three, he lived the resilience he now teaches.  His commitment to developing future leaders is evident in his role as a mentor, coach, and motivator, a role he has embraced for over 15 years.  From serving on the Hammond Educational Foundation's Audit Review Board to instructing small business owners through the Hammond Development Council, Ronnie's reach is vast-and deeply rooted.

A former college athlete and youth sports coach for over 15 years, Ronnie's passion for people shows in every home sold or purchased, every game played, every goal set, and every dream developed and achieved.  Whether mentoring the next generation, moving a room with motivational wisdom, or mobilizing financial growth, he lives by a simple truth: "When we lift others, we all rise."  His belief in uplifting others is a source of motivation and empowerment for those around him.
