Meredith offers a confident and rare perspective to her real estate clients given her background as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2002; She joins CB with the desire to help clients gain a great understanding of homes, markets, values and process so that they can buy or sell with confidence.

Meredith attended Bentley University for her Associate’s of Business and Southern New Hampshire University for a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. Both pieces of the education have proven to be valuable to the development of her career as an appraiser and as an entrepreneur.

Meredith started her career in commercial real estate working for USTrust bank and spearheading the database development and Y2K projects for her department..

Growing up around the industry as the daughter of a Realtor, she witnessed the core of what it really takes to service her clients and help them develop real estate portfolios that serve them for a lifetime. She has always known that real estate sales was where her heart was, and looks forward to many opportunities to help buyers and sellers make the real estate moves that they will feel great about for years to come.

Meredith’s 20+ years of appraisal experience lends her a deep knowledge of new construction, history of homes and understanding of mechanics and materials as well as lender guidelines, regulations and concerns.

Meredith is a valued member of the community and has been a 20+ year resident of Andover, PTO member, Cub Scout leader, a member of South Church.

Meredith has three children, Claire, age 20, Bret, age 18 and Tyler age 14. They have been educated in Andover and at Bradford Christian Academy. As a family, we love exploring new things, cooking together, travel, sports, especially AHS Football, hiking and more than any thing our two dogs Toby, age 10 and our puppy princess, Josie age 2.

Meredith has bought and sold more than ten of her own personal properties over the last 20 years … so she knows her client’s experience.
