More about Patrick Johnson

Hello there! Thanks for taking a minute to stop by my profile.

I received my real estate license in early 2020, but I've been around this industry my whole life. I'm a third-generation REALTOR®, proudly following in the footsteps of my mom and my grandmother before her.

Whether you're looking to buy or sell in the Merrimack Valley or Greater Boston areas, it would be an honor to represent you. I understand that buying or selling a house is a transaction unlike any other - not only is there a significant financial commitment involved, but there are a host of intangibles that go into finding the right place to call "home."

When working with any of my clients, I aim to bring honesty, clear communication, and a persistent focus on achieving your goals to our relationship. I pride myself on my end-to-end project management skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, and my relationships with fellow agents and other industry professionals.

I grew up in the Merrimack Valley and call Andover home. I've lived in several neighborhoods in and around Boston, and I've also had two brief stints in Alexandria, Virginia. I'm a proud graduate of both St. John's Prep and Boston College, where I earned a degree in Economics. My hobbies include golfing in the summer, skiing in the winter, exploring national and state parks no matter the season, and closely following all Boston-area sports teams.

Prior to real estate, I collected a number of foundational professional experiences. In college, I ran BC's chapter of Let's Get Ready, a nonprofit that organizes college students to provide free SAT tutoring to high schoolers from low-income backgrounds. I started my career wearing many hats as employee number four at a startup restaurant delivery service. From there, I was accepted into a management training program at Apple and served as a manager at the flagship store on Boylston Street in Boston. I've also worked at two advertising agencies in Boston: MMB, where I focused on the Subway restaurants business, and Hill Holliday, where I was an account manager for Bank of America's credit cards, small business, and rewards program marketing.

Nothing would be more professionally fulfilling than helping to guide you to your new home. Again, thanks for stopping by, and please don't hesitate to call, email, or text with any questions.
