Colleen specializes in serving clients ranging from first-time buyers and resellers to multimillion-dollar developers throughout the Greater Boston area.  Colleen began working in interior design for local and national developers. Working in the preconstruction phase of marquee projects honed her impeccable vision and ability to conceptualize spaces. More importantly, it sparked her passion for real estate sales.

In 2002, Colleen earned her license and emerged as a powerful force in new-construction sales and marketing. Her credits include several developments in Chicago, including the Mandarin Oriental. She completed the sellout of Boston’s Sepia and Siena condominiums at Ink Block and served as Director of Sales at 100 Shawmut in Boston’s South End. With a reputation for award-winning sellouts, she has closed more than 250 homes totaling over $250 million in Boston alone.

Licensed in Massachusetts, Illinois and Florida, Colleen truly shines when working with people, earning their trust and cultivating long-term relationships.
