Gabriel Guon

Gabriel “Gabi” Guon brings a people-first and insight-driven approach to Boston real estate. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he studied Psychology and Data Science. Before entering the field, Gabi worked in mental healthcare and later in data research at Boston Consulting Group. These experiences shaped the way he serves clients today by helping him combine strong interpersonal skills with a thoughtful and data-informed perspective. His goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and confident in every step of the process.

Gabi cares deeply about the emotional experience of moving and buying or selling a home. His background working directly with individuals and families strengthened his commitment to clear communication, patience, and creating an environment where clients feel truly cared for. At the same time, his research and data experience give him the technical tools to break down market trends, analyze value, and advocate for his clients with guidance grounded in facts.

Gabi appreciates how each Boston neighborhood has its own character, history, and rhythm. He enjoys helping clients discover the areas that fit their personality and lifestyle, whether that means the historic charm of Beacon Hill, the energy of the North End, or the quiet greenery of Jamaica Plain.

Outside of real estate, Gabi enjoys going to live music shows, playing tennis and pickleball, staying active, exploring the Boston food scene, and playing guitar. He brings the same curiosity, enthusiasm, and warmth to his personal life that he brings to his work with clients. He is known for his quick responsiveness, adaptability, and steady dedication to the people he serves.
