1. Listing and selling properties in all price ranges. This includes providing advice on critical pricing and marketing strategy. My top priority is obtaining the highest and best price for sellers. I work closely with property owners on everything from preparing the home for sale through closing. I have listed everything from condominium studios to single family homes. Every property receives the same amount of professional care and attention. My top priority is my clients!

2. Working with buyers. In addition to identifying and showing properties to potential buyers, I specialize in helping buyers make the most attractive offer in the competitive Boston market. This includes not only pricing, but other important terms like timing and financing. I can help buyers find properties which are not actively on the market. Many times, properties which are not on the market can present the best opportunity for buyers because there is no competition for the property.
