Maureen O'Hara

Maureen has been a resident of the Back Bay since 1995 and a Realtor for the past 40 years. Maureen graduated with honors from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with a B.S. in Marketing. Maureen's success is a result of  bringing  her marketing knowledge  and analytical skills from a prior retail career to real estate. As an on-site marketing director  for The Finch Group, Inc.  she successfully sold over 100 condominiums in diverse locations in Boston, Dorchester, Revere, Burke Mountain Vermont and Lincoln New Hampshire during a 5 year  economic downturn.

She has been affiliated with  for Coldwell Banker Realty for the past 25 years. Maureen works tirelessly to give her buyers and sellers  100% of her time and expertise. Her strength lies in predicting marketing trends, analyzing statistics and leveraging her   many relationships in the real estate industry and  her community. She has consistently been in the top 2- 4% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide.  She is most proud of the repeat business that has made her a top producer and the many referrals that she has received from successful sales transactions.

An avid runner, skier, and sailor, she enjoys the vibrant lifestyle of living in the Back Bay. She volunteered at Community Boating where she was a board member for three years and has been on the Executive Committee and past Co-President of The Garden Club of the Back Bay. She sits on the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay's Architectural Review Board.  She supports efforts to preserve the green spaces of the Back Bay.  She can often be seen walking her Australian Shepherd Jackson ( the official Mayor of Back Bay) around the city.

• Former on-site sales agent, Director of Marketing,The Finch Group, Inc.- Member of the Sales team for The Marlborough Condominiums, a 72 unit building in Back Bay, Boston. Responsible for the Marketing and sales of assorted vacation properties in New Hampshire and Vermont's ski country 1991.
