Rich was the number one individual Coldwell Banker Realty agent in 2023 for units sold in Massachusetts and was the twentieth in units sold in the United States out of over 100,000 agents. This earned Rich the International President’s Premier Award by Coldwell Banker Realty for being in the top 1% of all sales associates nationally and internationally for 2023. 

As a REALTOR® in the Boston office of Coldwell Banker Realty for the last 15 years, Rich has worked extensively in Boston and the surrounding areas with buyers and sellers, investors, relocation referrals, new construction, affordable housing, and home buyer lotteries. He has recently single-handedly closed the sales for all 38 units in a new construction building in Brighton. 

Rich currently serves as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee for the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®, the Diversity, Inclusion and Member Engagement Task Force for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, a Council Member for Plimoth Patuxet Museums, and serves on the Council of the Friends of the Public Garden.

Rich received his B.A. from Boston University’s College of Communication. After graduating, he later served as the President of the Young Alumni Association.
