Real estate was Terrance's first job and has been his passion since he was 24 years old. With nearly a decade of experience working with buyer, sellers and investors/developers, he created the Roxbury Collaborative Group and proudly supports his team members and loyal client-base.

Terrance is best known for his focused demeanor, charisma and knowledge of Boston's real estate market. Terrance prides himself on being one of the top-producing agents within Roxbury and hopes he continues his growth in the area through honest work and creditable results.

If Terrance isn't working hard for his clients, you can usually find with walking his standard poodle, playing tennis or in his garden. He enjoys hanging with friends, attending church and traveling the world.
