Who am I?

My name is Tony Roberts, REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty.
I am with the Boston Office and reside in the South End.

I have a history in the Legal, Airline and Tech-Startup industries before my natural transition into Real Estate. I have bought, sold, been a tenant and a landlord. I have lived in and out of Boston but call it (and my frequent Cape Cod visits) home! I can fully represent your needs. I will assist in referring you to the best qualified agent *anywhere* for which I may not service or for which I may not have the current market knowledge. *This can literally be anywhere with our international network*
I have first-hand knowledge of the difficulties faced when relocating to a new city with such a fast-paced market as Boston Metro. I seek to ease the process for those first, second, or sixth time buyers/sellers or those seeking assistance with rentals. My affiliation with Coldwell Banker Realty provides a level of integrity, training and support to which I have been accustomed and have always sought.
Helping individuals and families through the process in an across-town move or across-country move is a genuine joy for me! It isn't a stress-free process.

Having an office located in-town and living in Boston's South End gives me an experience daily with the Buy, Sell, and Rental aspects of Boston's Central areas. I am acutely aware of the stresses and pitfalls yet rewards of in-town rentals and sales with regard to Property Market trends.  I have trained extensively in the Rental Market to provide the utmost integrity in the process with access to NTN (National Tenant Network) and Rental Beast providing more than 400,000 units in the state of MA alone (80% of all rentals).
