Jamie L. Genser

Jamie has been selling real estate for over 20 years. Shortly after graduating from Boston University, Jamie began her career at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Early in her career she trained with top producers in the industry and completed a comprehensive sales associate program. That immersive experience helped Jamie form extremely high standards for customer service and contributed to her outstanding market acumen. These days Jamie facilitates record-breaking sales in Brookline and Newton and has received numerous awards for her performance.

When working with sellers, Jamie prepares and utilizes specialized marketing plans specific to the individual needs of each property. Each transaction is different and Jamie's precise attention to detail and knowledge of the market ensures that each property is marketed correctly. When working with a buyer, Jamie takes time to listen to their needs. She is very good at explaining the home buying process and is sensitive to people's desires. She is a dedicated and accomplished professional.

Jamie lives in Newton with her husband and three children (and their dog Max). She is deeply involved in the community and regularly volunteers for the Newton schools and the neighborhood temple. Jamie has been a member of many charitable committees including Youth Villages, MSPCA, Dana Farber's Chef's cooking for Hope. In addition she fundraises for Pie in the Sky.

Jamie is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Mass. Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Multiple Listing Service.

Jamie has earned the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier award. This is Coldwell Banker's most prestigious designation. Jamie is ranked among the top 1% of Coldwell Banker sales associates nationally and internationally (85,000 agents). She is in the Top 50 of all New England Agents.
