Scott holds a finance and marketing degree from Syracuse University, and his role as Managing Partner is to oversee the marketing and operations of a team that averages $60-$100M in sales annually.
Scott is experienced in representing both individual buyers and sellers, as well as development groups, investors, and real estate investment trusts. He has a particular aptitude in investment property sales, 1031 tax exchanges, development opportunities, condominium conversions, and zoning analysis.
