Michael Merullo

Michael Merullo is a successful real estate broker with over a decade of experience. When he is not bringing together parties for real estate transitions, he continues signing locally as a classically trained performer. Born and raised in Lincoln, Massachusetts, team lead Michael stayed local and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Music before moving back to greater-Boston where he currently lives and works.

His unwavering commitment to ethical decisions is the cornerstone of his business. His success is fueled by his love for building relationships and sharing his expertise to those in need. He finds real estate must be approached with creativity, similar to his artistic performance. Each client has their own set of needs and challenges, which provides a unique opportunity and experience with every transaction. He has a genuine interest to connect with clients and effectively communicate with attorneys, cooperating agents, inspectors, lenders and the many other people involved in the process. He finds the greatest success is approached with teamwork, meaning his clients secure the most favorable terms possible when working together with the opposite party. His reputation is built on his kind yet fierce advocacy for his clients and extensive training in the field. With a realistically optimistic attitude, he regularly discusses changes in negotiation leverage to secure the best value for his clients. Michael served as a guest speaker at Harvard University supporting their Housing Real Estate Advantage Program for multiple years. Michael is a member of the Massachusetts Realtor Association and serves on the Greater Boston Association of Realtor’s Professional Standards Committee. In this role, he helps other Realtors and the general public navigate ethical conduct disputes, including mediation, education, and implementing fines when appropriate. He actively participates in the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals. Within the Cambridge community, Michael serves on multiple Institutional BioSafety Committees to support safe and productive scientific discoveries.

When not performing with notable groups like the Boston Pops or brokering transactions outpacing his competitors, Michael enjoys entertaining from home, hiking through the woods with his two Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and visiting new restaurants with his fiancé. Michael contributes to and volunteers at local homeless organizations. His greatest pride is the community he has built and he hopes to welcome you into that.
