Fabienne’s passion is so strong that it inspired her to transition from a successful 25-year audit career in financial services, utilities, and technology to real estate. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. This academic and professional background gives her a sharp analytical edge and strong interpersonal skills—crucial assets in understanding both market trends and client needs. Currently, Fabienne serves as the property manager of a 309-unit condominium association, further solidifying her expertise in residential, multi-family, and association management.

In addition to her real estate work, Fabienne is a passionate community member and family advocate. Fabienne has served three years on her local school board and is an active board member for a nonprofit organization. A native of Haiti, Fabienne enjoys hiking, concerts, basketball games, and international vacations with her husband of 20 years and two teenage sons.
