Cheryl Stakutis

A second-generation Realtor, Cheryl Stakutis grew up immersed in the world of real estate in Lincoln, Massachusetts. “Having real estate in my DNA gives me a true advantage,” she says. “I’ve been studying the market for as long as I can remember.”

Before fully dedicating herself to real estate, Stakutis built a successful career in computer sales, where she honed her skills in client relations and high-level negotiations. Since earning her real estate broker’s license in 1986 (with the exception of some years off to raise her children), she’s been a trusted guide for buyers and sellers across Boston and suburban Massachusetts, including Lincoln, Concord, Lexington, Sudbury, Bedford, Acton and Maynard. Recently, she expanded her reach into Boston’s Seaport District, including Back Bay and the North End.

A longtime Concord resident, Stakutis is known for her integrity, work ethic, attention to detail and boundless enthusiasm. “My clients trust me with one of the biggest investments of their lives,” she says. “That’s why my business is built largely on referrals.”

An award-winning agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, she consistently has been recognized for outstanding sales performance. She earned her company’s prestigious International President’s Circle award in 2020, 2022 and 2023, and was honored as a member of its International Diamond Society in 2021 and 2024. She holds multiple professional designations, including Luxury Property Specialist; Graduate, Realtor Institute; Accredited Buyer’s Representative; Seniors Real Estate Specialist; Certified Negotiation Expert; Certified New Home Specialist; and Residential Construction Certified. She’s also a volunteer for the Auxiliary of Emerson Health and a member of the Concord Chapter of the Lions Club International.
