Cheryl Stakutis is a lifelong resident of Lincoln and Concord who was raised in a real estate development family. Cheryl has been licensed to sell real estate for over thirty- five years. During her career, she has marketed and sold new construction single family homes, several condominium developments, land, townhomes and resale homes.

Cheryl Stakutis holds a BS degree in Business Management. She later went on to work as partner and owner of Patriots Computers Inc., a business she helped developed and subsequently sold. Cheryl is known for her friendliness and her high energy level, as well as for her commitment to providing the highest level of professional service and expertise to serve every client. She is a member of the Auxiliary of Emerson Hospital and a member of the Concord Lions.
