Areas of Expertise

SELLING: The first important part of the selling process is to correctly price real estate. I know the inventory in my marketplaces so I understand how to correctly price real estate, and how to strategically price properties so they sell at the best possible price. The next important step to selling is the correct presentation of properties. I carefully advise my clients, within the limits of their budget and time frame, how to best prepare properties to go to market. The next important piece is I know how to present properties on the internet and in print to compel buyer interest. Finally, my years of negotiation skills and intimate knowledge of market trends assist my sellers in getting the best possible price and terms.

BUYING: I am an expert at helping buyers become educated about the market they are interested in. Assisting buyers in understanding property values, variations in communities and neighborhoods, and types of construction helps them to identify and pursue the house of their dreams. Again, my years of negotiation experience help buyers craft an offer that will get them the best possible terms on the house they want to call home!

BUYING SELLING: Many of my clients ask me to assist them in both selling their current home as their listing agent and acting as their buyers' agent in purchasing their next home. My attention to detail assists them in making a complex logistical and emotional move as easy as possible.
