LISTING AGENT: Pricing, marketing negotiation - experience matters! The first important part of selling is to price real estate correctly, and I know the inventory in my marketplaces inside and out! As a result, I know how to accurately and strategically price properties, so they sell at the best possible price. Because marketing is so essential, I carefully advise my clients, within the limits of their budget and time frame, how to best prepare their property for the market. I will assist you with resources to get things done to get your property ready to market – including no-interest loans if needed. I know how to present properties online and in print to compel buyer interest – my professional photographer videographer is just one of the ways I make sure your property shines in the eyes of the consumer! Finally, my years of negotiation skills and intimate knowledge of market trends assist my sellers in getting the best possible price and terms.

BUYERS AGENT: I am an expert at helping buyers become educated about the market they are interested in. Assisting buyers in understanding property values, variations in communities and neighborhoods, and construction types helps them identify and pursue the house of their dreams. Again, my years of negotiation experience help buyers craft an offer to get them the best possible terms on the place they want to call home! In addition to my years of experience, I am an "Accredited Buyers Agent," meaning I have pursued additional education and certification to protect your interests better.
