While in college studying computer science, I took a real state course. After completing the course, and securing a full-time job in the computer field, I decided that I wanted to be a property owner. I started investigating unadvertised properties looking for a great deal. I spent countless hours in town offices and contacting land owners and finally purchased my first lot of land. Since then, I have invested in vacation property, a two-family home, and a few of my own single family houses. My attention to detail and successful transactions encouraged my friends and family to solicit my help in their real estate dealings. After years of helping friends and family with real estate, I decided to get my real estate license.
