Michael Joy

With a strong foundation in both education and real estate, Michael Joy brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every transaction. Michael earned his real estate license through the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage training program and is a licensed REALTOR® in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is an active member of the Northshore Board of Realtors, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Merrimack College and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Lesley University. This academic background provides him with a unique perspective on people, communities, and the social dynamics that influence the housing market.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked with a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, retirees, and real estate investors. Regardless of the situation, he is dedicated to ensuring each transaction is smooth, informed, and tailored to his clients’ individual goals.

He serves as Board Chair of L’Arche Boston North, Board Member of The Exchange Club of Haverhill, and is an active member of both the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce and the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce.
