For Cassandra Conrad, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses—it’s about helping people find the place they can call home.

Cassandra began her real estate career five years ago, combining her longtime love of houses with something that has always come naturally to her: helping others. She enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them navigate the buying or selling process with patience, honesty, and a personal touch.

Her commitment to her community extends well beyond real estate. Cassandra is also a Registered Nurse and hospice nurse, caring for patients and supporting families during some of life’s most meaningful and challenging moments. Her nursing career has taught her the importance of listening, communicating clearly, advocating for others, and treating every person with compassion and respect—qualities she brings to her real estate clients as well.

Cassandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently completing her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Education. At 54, she considers this exciting chapter her “second act”—continuing a career she loves in nursing while working hard to grow a successful real estate business within the community she calls home.

As a mom to a wonderful daughter, Cassandra also understands that a home is much more than four walls. It’s where families gather, traditions begin, memories are made, and new chapters of life unfold. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family property, downsize, or simply make a fresh start, Cassandra wants her clients to feel that they have someone genuinely in their corner.

When she isn’t working, Cassandra enjoys kayaking, fishing, cooking, spending time outdoors, and—no surprise—looking at and showing houses.

For Cassandra, nursing and real estate share something very important: both are about people. Her goal is simple—to work hard, care about the people she serves, and help her clients find not just a house, but a place where their next chapter can begin.
