Ken Lazarus has spent the past 20 years working in real estate and property management. He has been primarily focused on managing condos and HOA’s. With in-depth knowledge of Condo’s and HOA’s Ken is able to provide seller and buyer insight to each of his clients throughout the sale or purchase of their home. Selling/Purchasing a condo can often require many steps which is why Ken Prides himself to being a local expert and is able to help his clientele make this a seamless experience.

Prior to his property management career, Ken worked with troubled children. Ending his career as the Executive Director of a Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. Ken also volunteered his time as the President of the condo association for over 10 years, where he also resided. Helping others has always been a priority for Ken, at work as well as during his free time.

When Ken is not busy assisting his clients, he focuses his time on his family, faith and friends. Ken serves as Director of his congregation and also manages the worship center it is housed in. He enjoys drawing from his property management background to help manage his current worship center.

Ken is also a musician and enjoys singing and playing guitar. His favorite genres are worship and classic rock.
