Before starting her real estate career, Avigail worked as a recruitment and a human resources manager in high tech companies in Israel.
After moving to the U.S., Avigail dedicated herself to raising her children, volunteering in their schools and being involved in their after school activities. She served as a principal of The Israeli School in Lexington, and is an active volunteer in the Israeli-American-Jewish community in town and in the Greater Boston area.
