Erin Bailey

Born and raised in Massachusetts, I have had a love of and fascination with homes for as long as I can remember. Moving around a lot as a child I always dreamed of having a cozy home of my own one day.

After graduating from American International College with a degree in Marketing and a Minor in English, my family and I settled in Western Mass where we have been for the past 20+ years. Western Mass has such a wonderful sense of community with so much to offer. You can often catch my family and I among the countless hiking trails, farmer’s markets, restaurants, and independent businesses that are scattered throughout each and every town. Exploring and discovering a new spot is something we truly enjoy.

That desire to set down roots eventually grew into a passionate career helping others realize their real estate dreams. Whether a client is looking to buy, sell or invest to reach their goals, I am with them every step of the way. Creating a true partnership with my clients is an essential part of the process. My focus is to make each transaction as stress free as possible! We are a team in every sense of the word!

Building relationships both inside and outside of my industry has proven to help better serve my clients. Developing a network of local partners helps to provide support for my clients when the need for a repair or quote presents itself. I utilize my personal and professional relationships as well as an innovative social media presence to maximize results.

When not working I enjoy spending time with my husband Delano, three children Miles, Ella and Zora and our wonderful dog Coco. I am truly invested in the communities where I live and work. Coaching youth sports has been a passion of mine for many years. Having played field hockey and lacrosse through college I have experienced firsthand the benefits of organized sports. Teaching a younger generation, the power of working together toward a common goal while building confidence and a sense of accomplishment and personal growth is truly rewarding.
