   Maribel Dones is a dedicated REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty who brings heart, professionalism, and real-life experience to every client relationship. Coming from humble beginnings and growing up in housing developments, Maribel understands firsthand what home ownership can mean for an individual or family.  She got into real estate while trying to educate herself on how to purchase a home on her own. That journey sparked a passion to not only build a better future for herself and her children, but also to help others do the same.

    What drives Maribel is being a positive role model for her children, creating generational growth, and helping families turn the dream of home ownership into reality. She believes no matter where you come from, you can build something greater with the right guidance and determination. 

    Before real estate, Maribel gained valuable life and professional experience through customer service, relationship-building, and working with people from all walks of life. Those experiences helped shape her communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and strong work ethic all qualities that now benefit her clients throughout the buying and selling process.
