Growing up in NY and eventually moving to Connecticut to start my own family gave me the appreciation of what it’s like to enjoy the true meaning of home ownership. In 2015, I purchased a unique farmhouse built in 1800, where I have encountered many new experiences living in an antique build; from replacing all mechanicals, to well/septic, to zoning for horse property. I have extensive knowledge with unique, historic, new construction, and land/lot properties.
