I’m Stephanie Tirado, a Massachusetts real estate agent with Coldwell Banker and the face behind Next Steps with Steph. I have experience representing buyers and sellers with single-family homes, multifamily properties, and condominiums. I’ve also helped clients navigate residential and commercial leasing. This range of experience has taught me that every client and transaction requires its own approach.

If you know me, you know I don’t give up easily. I’m organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and focused on finding solutions. I ask the right questions, follow up consistently, and make sure my clients understand what’s happening throughout the process. When challenges arise, I remain calm, protect my clients’ interests, and work hard to keep their transaction moving forward.

I’m also expanding my knowledge of the lending side of real estate and recently passed the National Mortgage Loan Originator exam. Understanding how real estate and mortgage lending work together is another valuable asset I can bring to my clients. It allows me to better educate them about the overall process, help them understand what questions to ask, and communicate more effectively with the lending professionals involved in their transaction.

Before entering real estate, I built a strong professional background in customer service, claims processing, training, and healthcare operations. Those experiences strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, manage important details, explain complex information, and advocate for the people who depend on me.

I’m proud to serve clients in both English and Spanish. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, informed, and confidently represented when making a major real estate decision. I’m also willing to travel throughout Massachusetts to help my clients find the right opportunity.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mother, business owner, and college student continuing my education in business. Everything I do is driven by growth, determination, and the desire to create a better future for my family while helping others do the same.
