Personal Background
Currently a resident of East Longmeadow Massachusetts but a life long resident of the Western Massachusetts area. Having grown up in the area I am quite familiar with Springfield and all surrounding communities. I have thirty two plus years in private industry, primarily in the customer service arena so I truly recognize the importance of high level customer service.
